DOI: 10.1364/CLEO_SI.2016.STh4I.4Abstract: We study the THz optoelectronic photoresponse of a thin flake of black phosphorus that is fabricated by mechanical exfoliation. THz Illumination at an average power of 10 mW produces a photocurrent in the nA range.
