DOI: 10.1364/CLEO_SI.2014.STh3F.3Abstract: We measure the transmission of terahertz pulses through an intrinsic silicon waveguide, and observe a decrease in absorption at higher terahertz fields. The effect is enhanced when photocarriers are introduced by top-illuminating the waveguide.
